随着社会的进步和计算机技术的发展，特别是微型计算机的大范围普及，计算机的应用逐渐由科学计算、实时控制等方面向非数值处理的各个领域中渗透。尤其是以微型计算机为处理核心，以数据库管理系统为开发环境的管理在办公自动化以及商业信息管理等方面的应用，日益受到人们的关注。

运动会成绩管理系统是典型的信息管理系统，本系统为运动会组织者提供方便、快捷的方法，系统的对运动会进行合理的安排与管理，实现无纸化工作，节省大量人力和物力。本论文首先使用了Visual Basic作为开发工具和Access作为后台数据库，然后再介绍了开发背景，最后通过截图和表格来说明该系统的开发与操作。设计充分利用VISUAL BASIC以及ACCESS数据库易于使用和快速开发的特性，提高了编程效率和可靠性。同时对系统的开发原理、系统的功能特点和设计方案进行了介绍。在对运动会管理体系进行充分分析和系统论证的基础上开发。它不但能完成运动会管理中的基本操作，而且具有程序设计合理、操作简单、运行可靠、保密性强等特点。

Games Management System Design and Development

 Abstract

Along with social progress and development of computer technology, especially the popularity of a wide range of micro-computer, the computer gradually from the application of scientific computing, real-time control to non-numerical processing and so on in all areas of infiltration. In particular, the core is a micro-computer processing to database management system for the development of environmental management in the office automation and information management, business applications, increasing people's attention. 

Games performance management system is a typical management information system, the system for the Games organizers to provide convenient and rapid method, the system carried out a reasonable arrangement of the Games and management, paperless work, save a lot of manpower and material resources. This paper first uses Visual Basic as a development tool and Access as the backend database, and then introduces the development background, and finally through the screenshots and tables to illustrate the development and operation of the system. Designed to take full advantage of VISUAL BASIC ACCESS database and ease of use and rapid development features, improved programming efficiency and reliability. At the same time the principle of system development, system features and design are introduced. Games Management System in the full analysis and system development based on the argument. It not only can complete the basic operation of sports management, and has procedures designed, simple, reliable, confidential and other characteristics.
