随着市场经济的高速发展，仓库管理越来越重要，如何降低成本，提高工作效率是仓库存储管理者需要解决的一个实际问题。本仓库管理信息系统是针对的实际需求，从实际工作出发，在分析目前仓库管理信息系统中存在的问题的基础上，结合管理信息系统开发的概念、结构及系统开发的基本原理和方法，并利用计算机运算速度快、存储信息容量大、处理逻辑问题强、功能强大的优势，采用目前流行的Ｂ/Ｓ结构，通过Internet/Intranet实现对仓库进行管理，特别是对仓库基本信息管理、仓库调配信息等进行完整的监控而开发出来的。从查询与决策信息的管理需求出发，针对性强，功能齐备，旨在通过帮助该仓库管理实现信息化、网络化，以提高管理的效率。

本仓库管理信息系统主要包括“仓库入库管理”、“仓库出库管理”、“仓库基本信息管理”和“系统用户管理”等模块。它主要对仓库的出入库进行统计和核算，及时准确地掌握商品仓库情况，并动态反映仓库的增减变动，为的决策提供基础数据。
