摘  要

21世纪的今天，随着社会的不断发展与进步，人们对于信息科学化的认识，已由低层次向高层次发展，由原来的感性认识向理性认识提高，管理工作的重要性已逐渐被人们所认识，科学化的管理，使信息存储达到准确、快速、完善，并能提高工作管理效率，促进其发展。

论文主要是对校园宿舍管理系统进行了介绍，包括研究的现状，还有涉及的开发背景，然后还对系统的设计目标进行了论述，还有系统的需求，以及整个的设计方案，对系统的设计以及实现，也都论述的比较细致，最后对校园宿舍管理系统进行了一些具体测试。

本文以java为开发技术，实现了一个校园宿舍管理系统。校园宿舍管理系统的主要使用者分为超级管理员、楼宇管理员和学生，楼宇管理员：个人资料管理、学生信息管理、公告管理、宿舍管理、入住登记、寝室调换、学生迁出、缺寝登记、卫生评比、审核报修、访客登记、留言管理，学生：个人资料管理、公告信息查询、缺寝记录查询、卫生评比查询、报修记录管理、留言板，超级管理员：管理员账号管理、楼宇管理员管理、学生信息管理、楼宇信息管理、系统管理等功能。通过这些功能模块的设计，基本上实现了整个校园宿舍信息管理的过程。

具体在系统设计上，采用了B/S的结构，同时，也使用java技术在动态页面上进行了设计，后台上采用Mysql数据库，是一个非常优秀的校园宿舍管理系统。

Abstract

Today in the 21st century, with the continuous development of society and progress, people for the understanding of the scientific information that has been developed from low level to high level development, from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge, the importance of management work has been gradually known by people, scientific management, to store information accurate, fast, perfect, and can improve the work efficiency of management, promote its development.

Paper is mainly on the campus dormitory management system are introduced, including the present situation of the research, and involved in the development of the background, and then has carried on the elaboration to the design of system target, and the demand of the system, and the whole design scheme of the system design and implementation, are also discussed more meticulous, finally campus dormitory management system for the specific test.

In this paper, JAVA as the development technology, to achieve a campus dormitory management system. Of the main campus dormitory management system is divided into super administrator, administrators and students, building building administrator: personal information management, student information management, public announcement management, dormitory management, check-in registration, dormitory exchange, lay out, lack of students registration, health evaluation and audit report, visitor registration, message management, student: personal information management, announcements, information query, lack of lay record query, health comparison query, records management, message board, the super administrator: administrator account management, building administrator management, student information management, building information management, system management, and other functions. Through the design of these functional modules, the entire process of campus dormitory information management is basically realized.

Specific in the system design, the use of B/S structure, at the same time, also use JAVA technology in the dynamic page design, the back of the MYSQL database, is a very excellent campus dormitory management system.
